Dann is a Melbournite but, again, we don't hold that against him either. Growing up in Western Sydney, Dann watched the storms brew over the ranges from the roof of his parents house. Now based in leafy Warrimoo located in the Blue Mountains, Dann shares a similar love of sport, and though he has no forward defensive shot, he can punt the leather Sherrin a mile. Partnered in commentary with James, Dann readily supports with his uncanny impresonation of Ray 'Rabs' Warren - and like Rabs, is always willing to absolutely over the top on typically mundane topics.

Matt was the founder of Thunderstruck Storm chasing in 1998. Matt grew up in Burwood but now lives in Blacktown, with easy access to major freeways for frequent chasing!
